Here's a little anecdote that should resolve the question as to whether Isaac suffers greatly from sibling rivalry:
We were driving home from the library today and Isaac said, "Sometimes during quiet playtime I'm excited thinking about babies!"
I asked him why, and he said, "Sometimes I wonder how babies are born." I reminded him of the basics -- so far he has only asked for details about birth, not conception -- and we discussed it for a while.
Then he said, "We should have a baby."
"Have a baby?!" I exclaimed. "We just had one! You think our family should have another baby?"
"Yeah," he said. "It sounds like fun to have a lot of kids around."
