Isaac's school has a tank full of tadpoles, and today each child got to take one home. Each child except mine, that is. Isaac refused his, apparently declared that raising a frog would be "too much work."
He said that taking care of Laurel and Walt (the dog) is time-consuming enough, and if we added a tadpole to the family there wouldn't be any time left over for playtime for him.
He might want to reconsider his plans for another sibling.
