Remember I mentioned there is a day coming up this month on which Isaac is going to two birthday parties? Well, he has been invited to yet another birthday party, and unfortunately it's that very same day! The times are 11:00-1:00, 2:00-4:00, and 3:00-5:00. Think he can make it to all three? Not gonna happen.
In related news, I may have found someone to invite to Laurel's second birthday! At the park yesterday we met a little girl named Maya who is only a week younger than Laurel; they seemed interested in each other, they both enjoyed climbing on the play structure, and they have similar physical abilities. (Laurel is still a little unsteady on her feet, perhaps because she has only been walking for five months.) Also Maya's mother has purple streaks in her hair, which goes quite nicely with the orange and red streaks in my hair.
