Laurel took her first step yesterday -- that is, she took one step and promptly collapsed on the ground. In fact, she did it on two separate instances.
And today she stood for about a minute and a half while I gently pressed my hand against her back, giving her the illusion of support more than actual support. When I removed my hand, she bent her knees, collapsed on the floor, and complained loudly.
Things are starting to happen!
