New pictures

Today our playgroup took an outing to a pumpkin patch; a few pictures are in the album.

The setting was lovely and there was plenty of autumnal fun. In addition to chewing on pumpkins, we enjoyed visiting the animals (goats, baby pigs, and a llama), playing on the hay bales, watching a tractor-shaped whirligig, riding on a little train, and, best of all, observing any number of motor vehicles. The farm was next to a fairly busy road, and every time a pickup truck drove by, Isaac pointed it out and followed it eagerly with his eyes. Seriously, as far as pleasing Isaac we could have skipped the 40-minute drive out to the country and just stood on a street corner close to home.
