I've added six new pictures to Izzy's photo album!They were all taken this past week during a visit to see my folks in Santa Cruz. We didn't make it to the beach this time, but we did have fun. Isaac's new interests included wind chimes at Great-Grandma's house, coarse gritty sand at the playground, an oversized toy wooden fire truck at a children's shoe store, and the abundance of bicycles on Pacific Ave.
And why do children's shoes cost so much money? How can something so small cost $50 -- or even more? I thought that Robeez were expensive at $26, but apparently I was living in a dream world. Notice that Isaac is still barefoot. I guess I'll put off buying shoes until (a) he actually learns to walk or (b) the weather cools off.
