Long phrases

Isaac is expressing increasingly sophisticated concepts every day, often using fairly long phrases to do so. Here are some of his recent statements:

On being asked to fall asleep in an over-warm room: Open window, more cool air come out.

On helping me carry the laundry basket (each holding one handle as we shuffled single-file down the hall): Ike help carry laundry basket. Like carrying long piece wood!

On his parents' driving habits (mine imaginary, Craig's accurate): Mama drive big tanker truck, Dad drive rental car.

I don't know when Isaac saw two people carrying a long piece of wood between them, but somehow he had the right idea. He's also quite right about Craig -- he has driven a rental car for the majority of the last 30 days. (Not just during our two trips out of town, either -- twice going to and from the airport, and twice when we had cars in for repair.)
